I\'m opening the sale at a fraction of what everybody else is asking. The Masco amps are THE vintage head for harp players. Once tuned up they are as good as anything out there. Great little amps worthy of your time and restoration.
VG- shape as found or better. My testing was very limited (I don\'t have the speaker connector to pair with the amp). I powered it up using a variac. Power lamp lit right up and tubes all lit up as well. I shut it down at that point. I\'m sure it could use a tuneup, but at this point it appears to still be working. Sold as found for restoration.
With the cage off. Shows its age by now and appears to be all original.
A look at the back....some corrosion (surface rust) here or there. I didn\'t clean anything, I kept it as found.
Amp still has its original 2 prong chord in excellent shape.
Data plate shows which tubes it employs. The 6L6 is the main reason for its popularity along with great transformers. This is a great well built little amp.
Tube cage is often missing. Nice to see with the amp. This one has wear and tear that could be cleaned up easily. Have a buddy media blast it and paint it the color you like. The main body (chassis) of the amp is very clean and needs no paint.

Bottom is clean as a whistle.
