   Very nicely framed this is Ed Trobbley\'s Civil War Discharge for disability at Fort Monroe, Virginia on 6/9/1865. Also included is his Civil War Database writeup. Chazy is a small town in upsate New York, near Plattsburgh. Very nice presentation!
