1940\'s 12\" Emaux LONGWY Signed Aesthetic French Faience ENAMEL Charger Platter For Sale

For sale is a very rare and hard to find 12 1/2\" Emaux LONGWY French Enamel CHARGER. Circa 1940 - 42.
This hard to find large charger/platter is fully marked on the back with both the Longwy mark and design/style and artist mark A.M., for the artist Andree Masson. It features an asian inspired floral motif with a bird in the center.This piece was designed to be displayed and is ready to hang.

Condition: Excellent condition. Free of chips, cracks, repairs Very clean and ready to display! Please see the ALL photos and ask any questions you may have....**There is a mark on the back in some type of wax or pencil that says 50.-. This piece was purchased in France many years ago and I believe that was the price at the time. I think the mark can be removed but I have not tried to myself. It is on the back and can not be seen at all unless the plate is turned over and inspected.I see no chips or cracks....but see photos closely. As this is a hand painted piece, thecolorsdon\'talways end and start perfectly....I have taken many photos of all sides...please zoom in and look at all photos.NO CRACKS, NO REPAIRS. Usual age crackle throughout.
