1960\'s NGS Cragstan Japan-SMOKING FRIENDSHIP SPACE CAPSULE-NMIB-RARE-Ships World
Here we have a pretty scarce Space Capsule in a high grade box, made by NGS Japan and sold by Cragstan. I would rate this toy as \"Rare\" in the condition. Probably very few examples left like this one. This toy was never played with...the only \"flaw\" are some small hairline striations on the areas of the front dome where the metal joins together. These are unavoidable because of pressure exerted on the dome. The one other i\'ve owned and the one i\'ve seen, had effect on the dome. The condition is NEAR MINT with only some very light factory nicks...the toy works perfectly with bump and go, flashing cockpit and still smokes out the rear. It is all tin litho with 3 dimensional spaceman under large front dome. This is an improbable design as it\'s the opposite design of most space capsules. It measures 10.5 inches long and is battery operated with 2 \"D\" cells.The litho is bright and clean, with no dents, playwear or scratches.The ORIGINAL BOX is strong, clean and bright with no interior repairs and 1 small tear seal on a side flap. Very nice C-9+/10 condition, especially since it is a white litho box from the 60\'s and still retains a bright white and sharp colors. There are no paper pulls, tears, stains, etc...There is a light crease along the top edge of front and a tiny corner ding to top right.
If you enjoy the very best condition of a rare space toy, then this is the one for you. I rarely say this but you may never see one like this again.
