1971 Fender Princeton Reverb Tube Amplifier NO RESERVE For Sale

Vintage Fender Princeton Reverb Amp SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE LARGE PHOTOSHere is a vintage Fender Princeton Reverb amp from 1971. This one could use a good cleaning and it has a few minor changed parts, but it sounds so good it would be a great candidate for restoration. Or you could of course enjoy it as it is. As you can see the tolex is a little dusty and there are some small tears near the bottom edge on the side. The upper back panel is missing, but originals are often available here on , and there is a seller offering great looking repros at a fair price as well. The frame of the grillcloth is a little warped (see photos). The speaker cable is changed, as are the cables going to and from the reverb tank. I\'m including lots of clear, close up photos showing the interior and exterior of the amp. They\'ll give you an excellent idea of the condition and changes, so be sure to look them over so there are no surprises. I don\'t know the service history, so I\'m including shots of the transformer codes and the internal wiring and parts. On the plus side the amp still has the 71 dated blue label CTS speaker, and it sounds great. The amp operates quietly with no odd noises, etc. It has strong volume and the reverb and tremolo work as they should ( I don\'t have a foot pedal but they both work without it). I don\'t see any damage to the speaker and it doesn\'t rattle or buzz. I don\'t know what else, so look it over and offer to win. And feel free to ask any questions you may have.
