I used the transformers in a stereo push-pull ultralinear with Russian 6L6 tubes. I used a Conn Organ power supply and modified only very slightly the cathode bias circuity. The amp sounds absolutely beautiful. Give the tubes a half hour to really warm up and the sound just gets better and better. The bass was quite rich, really nice. Of course, the midrange and highs were very good as well. I hope you can get a regular supply of these. I\'d like to do this again when I get more money.

My uncle hooked up a pair of your PP 5K OPT with a newly assembled AN Kit EL84 PCB.This is by far the best output transformer on EL84 push pull application than anything I heard. He also agreed too - rarely...even compared to the transformer on the AN EL84 amp hahaha.I just want to say thank you...In the future when you order again... can you order some 25W (30W Max) in the future 50 pcs for me? Like I said before, I would like to use your transformer on all my product in the future... if needed more for ordering, maybe another 50 pcs SE opt...Again, thank you very much for introducing such beautiful sounding transformer here! Dav,Hammond is darn cheap and easily available here in Canada East.
We have discount here starting as few as 10 pcs. But did I told you we hate Hammond? They are rubbish compare to Tomiko.I have been so headache because I\'m trying to avoid using Hammond. I also don\'t want to use anything from China.What I want is quality of both transformers and music.
Thats why I wanted to use Tomiko for as much as for my products. Too bad I can\'t afford 200 pcs like Ori! But hopefully one day.
And on papers and scope, the spec of the Tomiko is almost near perfect, you can\'t find one that is better in every aspect my friend.Best
