8 Cut Glass 6\" Rimmed ICE CREAM BOWLS / DESSERT PLATES in EXCELLENT Condition For Sale

Thisset of8 elegant 6\" rimmed cut glassice cream bowls or dessert platesis in excellentcondition, as are all the cut glass / crystal pieces I am currently listing. The same lady from northern Virginia lovinglycollected unusual pieces in excellent condition, and she kept them in excellentcondition. I am pleased to be able to offer them to you.

These are calledice cream plates, but they are really shallow 1.5\" deep bowls, and their modern purpose is to serve really anything in a really elegant way!

Thesebowls have an intricately cut design. I don\'t know the maker or pattern name and would really appreciate hearing from anyone who could identify them! Each of the eight dishesweighs 1 lb 3.5 oz.These dishes will be sent securely wrapped and double-boxed for safety. Shipping weight will be close to 18 lbs for the set -- and then they must be shipped Priority handling with full insurance -- so please do not be surprised by the shipping cost.Iuse extra packaging for cut glass/crystal items!

(PLEASE NOTE: There is amatching 17.5\" tray for sale in a separate sale (see lastphoto).The dishes have a matching cut design, although the dishes have a central 8 point star, whereas the tray has a 10 point star design with the same cut. I listed the tray separately - please see my other sales.If you DO get both sales, I will give you a 10% refund discount on the lesser of the two. The tray and dishes have been together for a long time, so I think they should really stay together! However, I am listing the trayseparately because it has to be shipped alone and some of you may only be interested in having the bird-wing tray, whereas others may want just a set of 8 incredible, deeply cut crystal dishes!)
