Attached chain and cast steel stem on a painted brass hammer tip.
No maker mark, but has patent number on front. The patent number is six (6) digits, therefore the latest this can date with a six digit patent number is 1911. Patent number is partially obscured by the molded wiring holes. Six digits, ending in ???411.
Hinged key hole cover BUT NO KEY.
Window hinge appears fine and see no reason why it would not open and operate properly.
