This E. & L.P. NORTON Bennington Vermont churn is in near perfect condition. Stands at approximately 15-16 inches.
The mark is of Edward Norton and his son, Luman Preston, who worked together in the family pottery from 1861-1881
CONDITION: Excellent-near perfect. The line above the stamp is from the kiln and the oval spider line of apx half inch diameter is probably from the kiln too. The tiny chip is very old. My high resolution photos are very clear and show the imperfections-in person less so. This is excellent. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.
