You are offerding on an antique Moro budiak spear probably from late 19th century. It has one of the largest blades I have ever seen at 17 inches long and is very well made. The shaft has probably been double this size at one point but has been shortened typically for spears brought back in US from the Spanish American war era. The spear is still 48-1/2 inches long. The spear was probably one time in a museum collection as It has a typical number on it. Very nice Moro spear look at my other items for more nice Philippine weapons.
