WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

The winning buyer of this sale will receive one complete longtail kit that is ideal for the 9hp Honda GX270 or 13hp Honda GX390, but may fit a variety of other general purpose, horizontal shaft, small engines between 8hp and 16hp. Our kit consists of: a coupler housing assembly with grease zerks, galvanized 85” shaft assembly, engine base bracket, transom bracket, chromed tiller handle, throttle assembly, mounting hardware, two aluminum propellers measuring 8” and 8.50” diameter , and assembly instructions (all the parts are shown in the first picture).

DISCLAIMER

We work hard to maintain an inventory of every replacement part necessary to rebuild our longtail kits, and we reserve certain parts and services exclusively for our customers.We do not list all of our parts on . Certain replacement partsare only available to our customers who purchased their kit from us, or one of our dealers. WARRANTY

If, within two years from the date of purchase this longtail mud motor kit fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, MudMotorKit will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part that we determine to be defective in materials or workmanship, free of charge. Failed parts must be returned, postage paid by the owner, tous for inspection. MudMotorKit will repair or replace any item we determine to be defective, within two weeks of receipt. If the product fails, the buyer must contact MudMotorKit for a return authorization number prior to returning the product. Shipping expenses for any item submitted to MudMotorKit facility for repair or replacement under this warranty are the responsibility of the owner of the item. MudMotorKit will provide return shipping of the repaired or replaced part to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage due to impact, normal wear, excessive wear to the shaft or shaft bushings due to lack of lubrication, neglect, corrosion, lack of maintenance, modification to the product, or misuse. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of any item returned to them that is not covered under warranty. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase is required on all warranties, exchanges, and returns to MudMotorKit. Propellers and electrical parts are not covered under this warranty.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of customer receipt, if it is still new, undamaged, and in its original unused condition. No refunds will be issued for kits or propellers unless the both propeller’s tamper-proof zip ties remain intact. No refunds on shipping cost. There will be no refunds for any reason beyond this 14 day period.

We ship ONLY to the United States and Canada, so no otherinternational buyers please. This kit is shipped in TWO PARCELS. To provide our customers the lowest shipping cost,shipments may be sent using UPS or USPS, depending on the buyer\'s location. It’s extra work for us, but we do it to save our customers money.
