When exchanging an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging that you received with the shipment, with all accessories and owners manual. Do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the package. You must include a separate letter to explain your reason for returning with a reference to the return authorization number. Also, the return authorization number must be on the outside of the returned package.
All defective items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
