Case 4690 4X4 tractor For Sale

This sale is for a Case 4690 tractor serial # 08861742. The tractor starts and runs good except for a slight misfire at low RPMs. It seems to clear up at high RPMs or under a load. The hydraulics don\'t work at all. The steering works great on the front axle but not the rear (hydraulics I was told?). The transmission and clutch works great. The 20.8X34 tires have about 90% tread ware left, one shows some slight weather cracking. The parking brake works but the foot brakes don\'t. The 1000 RPM, PTO works. It needs new upholstery. It shows 3607 hours on a working tachometer. There is no drawbar and it needs new batteries.
