Two cdv\'s of 144th New York Infantry privates Philo Barstow (left) and George P. Dayton (right). Barstow was an August 1864 enlistee in Company B who mustered out at Hilton Head, SC in late June 1865. Dayton was an original Company H enlistee of August 1862 who later died of disease at Alexandria, VA after serving for just under one year. No back marks or stamps and lightly pencil-signed as seen above. Philo Barstow\'s last name is, I believe, misspelled. Guaranteed original and recently picked up in a large group of cartes.
