Mint 1957 D.W. Brunton\'s F2000 Pocket Transit (#69831), F3050 Tripod and F3020 leather case made by Wm. Ainsworth & Sons. Operating Instructions are included. All items are in excellent condition as seen in the attached photos. Transit like new with no markings or paint chips. Tripod is in similar condition. Case is heavy duty leather with shoulder strap. Strap is worn but still functional.The F2000 Pocket Transit is accurate to 1/2 degree in azimuth, and has a 10 arcminute resolution for vertical angles. The compass measures 2 3/4 inches (7 cm) by 3 1/16 inches (7.8 cm), is 1.25 inch (3.2 cm) thick, and weighs 6.5 ounces (184 grams).
