PRODUCT SIZE:

We highly recommend you take a tape measure and visually get a general idea of how large this drum product is before buying. The smaller drums are meant as kids drums in an effort to get the younger generations involved in drumming circles. However, these smaller drums do serve some adults very well, particularly as travel drums (they are very easy to lug around). Be known however, that the smaller drums have sound limitations as compared to larger drums. Although the smaller drums will have nice high end tones if tuned tightly, they will lack big bass. If you are looking for big bass, you will need to go with a larger drum providing a bigger diameter playing surface, but expect to pay significantly more as larger trees take longer to grow, hence a more expensive raw material to begin production.

We use fedex ground. We do NOT ship to P.O. Box number addresses – We do NOT ship to Militray APO Addresses - Fedex will NOT deliver to P.O. Box or Military APO addresses, therefore we need your physical home mailing address. We ONLY ship to the contiguous 48 states of the USA. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or any other USA territory. Fedex picks up from our location Monday thru Friday at 4pm CST. Generally we ship orders within 24 hours of payment received, but some extenuating circumstances will prevent this from happening including making a purchase after 2pm on Friday, or making a weekend purchase (shipping will have to wait until the following Monday as our Fedex driver does NOT pick up on weekends). Holidays may also interrupt shipping within 24 hours of payment received. Although rare, family emergencies can also present challenges delaying shipping (sometimes life can throw and unexpected curve ball, and your understanding will be appreciated).

We do NOT ship to Yukon Territories, North West Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island and Labrador, and Newfoundland. We do NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses. We use UPS ground for Canadian shipments, because UPS provides a tracking number for ground shipments. We are NOT responsible for brokerage fees charged by UPS clearing an item through Canadian Customs at the border. Clearing an imported item through Canadian Customs on your behalf takes time and resources for which UPS want to be compensated. UPS bases brokerage fees on the value of the item purchased. Sometimes these fees can be expensive, therefore in the end, it may be more cost conducive for you as a Canadian to purchase this type of product within the boundaries of your own country rather than importing from the USA.
