Picked this up at an Estate Sale and refurbished
Don\'t know much about it, but definitely an old vintage one. It\'s labelled as \"Nicolaus Amatus fecit in Cremona 1654\"I am not sure about the date but my local Luther tells me it is more possible made around the 1800-1850, and probably aGerman.The Violin is has several cracks appeared on the top but it\'s well fixed.(please see the pictures) I brought it to a local luthier for examination, The violin is now set up with a new bridge, soundpost, and set of dominant strings. It\'s a good playing condition with widely open and sweet Shipping:
