Fabulous Blue Vase with Chain Motif by Van Briggle Art Pottery SignedThis very unusual vase has a more eliptical design rather than spherical. The band created from the edge of the mouth to the widest point is detailed with a chain-like motif consisting of circles interconnected with a pair of zig-zag lines.This lovely vase in blue stands 4\" tall and is 6 1/2\" wide. The mouth is 3 1/2\" wide.The relief is very crisp by Van Briggle standards.The bottom is signed Van Briggle, Colo Spgs, with the co-joined A\'s at the top.There is also a marking in what appears to be blue pen that resembles \"U I\".We attempt to describe our pieces as accurately and honestly as possible.
