GIBSON G-101 COMBO VINTAGE ELECTRONIC ORGAN For Sale

This is a vintage Gibson G101 organ; similar to a Farfisa but much less common. Known primarily for use by Ray Manzarek of The Doors. This organ is not in anywhere close to mint condition so please read carefully for details. All the keys work, though2 or 3were manually repaired by me and are a little "clacky". A few bass notes sound fuzzy and vibrate when held down with other notes but this may just mean some cleaning or minor servicing is needed. All sounds work, a few functions (repeat, percussion) do not. There is one missing knob (for the "Repeat" function). The case is very worn, especially the detachable cover which has wood exposed at one end. The volume pedal works but does not stay "up" in positions less than full volume. This is likely just mechanical and could be fixed. I never had the bass pedals. I have the music stand (not attached) but the brackets are long gone. That is because I used to put a Moog on top of this keyboard. The top holds another keyboard nicely. This was my first keyboard a long time ago (I was not the first owner) and I had a lot of fun with it when I played in rock bands. I'd be glad to answer more questions; just contact me.
