Marx #51 E7 Orange Allstate ABA Diesel Locomotive

This is a big sharp Marx Plastic Three PieceDieselfromSteve\'s Train City in Minnesota.It is out ofa newly acquired large 30 yearMarx collectionfrom the owner family. The #51 EMD E7 Allstate ABA Dieselwas marketed by Marx in 1957-59. They are a bright orange with crisp black lettering. Our engines have the horns and run smoothly in both directions. The power unit has a hairline repaired nose crack and a repaired piece on the rear top. This unit is also missing a back step however all the other steps on the three units are there and original. There are just minor nicks and some rubs in the black areas. Some corrosion on the bottom metal various areas. Overall look better than I have had to make them sound.It is a good one to add to your collection.Look at thequality in the pictures and consideritthis week. We are listing it reasonable and without a reserve. (H22)
