Orig Spanish M 1843 Officers Foot Artillery / Engineers Short Sword 1865 Dated For Sale

Up for sale is a great example of a Spanish model 1843 engineers and foot artillery officers short sword. Blade measuresapprox. 16 3/4 inches long. The blade has not been sharpened and has a nice chocolate brown 150 year old patina. Some light rust, some small areas of light pitting and some scale rust, but overall a totally uncleaned, untouched great example. Brass is simply great, never cleaned or polished, beautiful patina.
