RARE Vintage Composition Patsy Effanbee Doll Petite Patsy ? For Sale

This adorable rare vintagecompositionpossible Effanbee Patsy doll is just wonderful. She is from the 1920\'s era making her a true treasure. She measures 21 inches tall. She has open and close sleep eyes in perfectworkingconditionwith full lashes. She is wearing a cute little dress and comes with shoes and socks. She does have someminimalcrazing as you can see from the photos. Her body is cloth and her lower arms and legs arecomposition. She does have a cryer that no longer works. She looks like a Patsy Effanbee, but I am unsure as the markings on the back of her head are hard to make out.
