This is a pair of Crestworth Traction Lamps.

Traction Lamp is an illuminated red lantern design featuring an illuminated operating model steam engine.

They are slightly different colors of brass/copper. One lamp has a US plug and the engine looks like a brushed aluminium. The other has a British plug and the engine looks like chrome. The engines face in different directions. They both work perfectly (light and the engine goes), however you will need an electric transformer (easily purchased online) for one of them.

They are 14 inches high by 7 1/2 inches wide.

I have searched worldwide (including completed sales) and I can\'t find another example for sale.
