*RARE Vintage Original BURDAN\'S ICE-CREAM Metal Tin Tray 1925 FABULOUS COLORS For Sale

Original VintageBURDAN\'S Ice-CreamMetalTray from 1925

This tray featuresan a fabulous picture of a strawberry shake topped with a cherry and a slice of tri-colored ice cream in the center. BURDAN\'S Ice-Cream in gold printing is at the top.There is a green banner on the bottom with yellow ICE CREAM printing. Itbelonged to my great grandfather Paul Welcker who was employed by American Art Works before coming to work for Brown and Bigelow in St. Paul, Minnesota. I rescued it from my grandmother\'s laundry room 30 years ago and it has been on display in my home since then. I am tired of dusting it. It has a date of 1925as well as American Art Works. The tray may have been a Salesman\'s sample since that was one of the hats Papa Welcker wore.This tray is approximately 13-3/4 inches tall by 13-5/8 inches wide. There is a small dent on the upper leftand chipping around rim is at a minimum. The surface of the tray is in super condition with vibrant colors and wonderful details. The dent could possibly be pushed out but as always, I represent my items in \"as is\" condition. The tray was coated with floor polish which was a recommendation from an antique dealer many years ago which is reflected in my starting price. Please do not ask me to lower the price, I am happy to keep it on the shelf for 30 more years. I am just being honest which has earned me the excellent reputation I have achieved as a seller over these many years. Tray is in excellent condition considering it is 90 years old.I will be listing several other trays from Americal Art worksthat are in the same beautiful condition.
