A minimalist style light shade which would suit either a modern, contemporary, industrial or retro decor setting.
This shade isa dometiffany shape.
Remember UK buyers, this is a bulky item to post but postage is inclusive in the price
The shade is made from metal with a smooth finish. Majority being coloured with the rim having a chrome finish banding with a more metal like colour internally.. Theshade is compatable with a 60 watt bulbmaking it effectiveas a main light or alternativelyas a mood light. Produces a warm retro glow when lit up: best results with a dimmer switch.
As you will note in the pictures, an additional collar is included. This chrome cylindrical top rests on the shade in order to conceal your ceiling wire. Personally I think it looks as good without as it does with.
No electrician required since the shade simply attaches to a UK sized bayonette style lamp / batton holder. Simple assembly, very effective. Ideal as a hanging light but if turned upside down it would sit happily on a lampbase lampholder as an alternative to a fabric lampshade! On this basis it would act as an uplighter on a lamp.
Although unused, I would estimate that it has been sat on a shelf for some time but is in brand new unused condition.
