VINTAGE LARGE ATLAS MISSILE LAUNCHER A-198 TANKSPACE TOY with O/BNS JAPAN

This sale is fora vintage tin lithographed battery powered ATLAS A-198 missile launcher tankwith the original box made in Japan by NS.This is a very unusual toy manufacturer and difficult toy to find. This tank has tons of detailing and is large scale! Metallic blue lithographing includes –rivets, instrument panel, lights, vents, star, eagle/shield, pistons, springs,and much more! The tank has one of thetwo missiles that attach to the sides before being loaded into the barrel to belaunched at your enemy! The boxy tankhas tank-like tracked action with a red launching structure containing a yellowtube which holds the plastic with rubber tipped missile. Radar screen lights and the launcher raisesand fires the missile and the tank advances on the foe.
This tin batteryoperated tank was tested on 2/14/2015 and WORKS – the radar light blinks on andoff, while the screen shows the image of a target which is anairplane, the barrel moves up and down and the tank roles forward. Very cool toy – needs strong batteries.
The original boxfor this toy tank has general wear with fantastic detailed graphic of themissile launcher in the field. Repairsto box top are professionally done – tears on face fixed, creasing and rubs asshown. Great box to display alongsidethis wonderful toy!
