Acoustic stompboxes have variable tonal sounds and
loudness produced by the them, all dependent upon
source and output. To achieve the loudness and
low bass-drum like tones, a bass amp or large P.A. should
be employed. A 15\" 200 watt bass combo was used in the demo video.
All stomp boxes will produce tapping sounds
when amplified through a small speakers/amp. Shoe sole
type and angles of attack produce louder/different tones.
I find that dress shoes with a flat sole or even a bare/socked-foot
to work the best (rubber soled shoes tend to produce lower volume output). It is key to find the sweet-spot
