It has a pretty fish design and works fine. It is about 10.5\" tall and 5.5\" in diameter. It is in pretty good condition with no damage to the metal base. It has some surface scratching and a crack on the outer plastic piece that is shown in the pictures. Wehave recently purchased a major estate of a serious collector of all things unique, vintage and antique. This collection has been compiled over the course of the past sixty years and has so much to offer.
