Vintage Art Pottery Monk Bookends - Friar - Matte Green - McCoy For Sale

Here are a pair of matte green bookends showing a monk kneeling on a book. These are unmarked, but the glaze looks similar to a McCoy green. These are in very good condition, with no cracks or major chips. There are a few tiny nicks along the bottom edge of one of the bookends (see last photo). These are pretty heavy, weighing 3 lb and 3 lb 2 oz. Note that one has rounded book cover corners and the other has squared book corners.
