This is a vintage Edward vom Hofe fishing reel with its original case. I have been unable to determine the exact model, but my guess is that collectors out there will know what they are offerding on.
I did measure it and the diameter of the reel is 4 1/4\". Case is 5 3/4\" high.
I think the photos show condition, serial numbers, markings, etc.
