this is a really cool vintage japan made short scale bass. i believe it to be amaxitone/ibanez bass from the 60s. i have attached a single pickup version in a screen shot that has the same guard and headstock as well as a distinctive bluepearloid inlay on each pickup. the bass sounds and looks just like a 50 or so year old guitar will look. the neck does need some help with the action. i will leave this to the next buyer. it may need shimmed or restored. up to the new owner. either way really really cool!
