This sale is for a vintage Slingerland 36x16 Concert Bass Drum. It has a Mahogany Shell. The Slingerland Black/Silver Badge has the serial number 254070. This large drum can be shipped by Fedex to most locations. Because of its size normally it will cost around $150 to $175 to ship in the lower 48 states. The bass drum is in overall good condition and it sounds Awesome! The mahogany wood shell looks to be in good shape and the bearing edges look good. There are maple re-rings at the edges. There are some scratches and scuffs on the outside as you can see and needs to be cleaned and polished to make it look better but overall a nice looking drum in my opinion. The pictures show streaks but this is from the camera flash. The heads are in like new condition and sound good. The claws and lugs have some scratches and light pitting and could use polishing. The wood hoops are not cracked and the chrome metal insert strips are intact. There is some wear and pitting on the metal strips.
