Vintage Texaco Advertising Battery Operated Fire Chief Hat Helmet IOB

The eagle on the hat has a broken tab, it stays attached well but pulls up easily, it will need corrected. The shell of the hat is very nice with very few signs of wear. The speaker only crackled when I tried to make it work, but my batteries may be poor. The box has pencil marks , and writing on two sides. One end is still factory stapled, the other is complete with all flaps but the sections of cardboard have seperated into three sections, the inner , the corrogated, and outer sheets.
