Up for your consideration is this W H Crisco 1 gallon jug dispenser.  I am not sure what it was used for but it has a small 5/8 inch hole on the top and a 1/2 inch hole on the side near the bottom.  Appears to be some type of dispenser jug.  It is stamped \"W H CRISCO\".  The surface is very shiny and I don\'t know if it is the glaze or someone sprayed it with laquer.  When found someone had crudely turned it into a lamp bottom.  There is one hairline crack below the handle near the base and a small ship on the edge of the top opening. I believe that the former owner may have drilled out the top hole a little so that the lamp fixture would fit. It is approximately 10 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches at the base.  I have included several photos.
