WWII WW2 Pattern German Cigarette Cigar Trench LIGHTER.Rare! Vintage lighter! It’s WW2 pattern German trench lighter. You can see similar in different militaria reference books or catalogues. Same were used by German troops, also Elite Forces during WW2 and after the war. Each lighter has stamp with eagle. Could have some traces of storage and ages, oxide pots, minor dirties, but in general looks great. The item is more than 60 years old! It should be in working condition, but I sell them first of all as a piece of war history to display in your collection. As I know Zippo flint stone and fluid are OK. Sell them as is.

I have them in quantity. Price is for one (1 pcs.).

Shipping: I ship worldwide!!! Also to CANADA, Brazil and to all other countries! NOexcludedshipping locations!!! Shipping is by saferegistered airmail with tracking numberworldwide isfor 6.90 usd only !!!I ship each additional lighter for FREE!!!

Payment: I accept paypal and etc. I will combine shipping to save your money!

History Note:
It's 100% vintage and can say "textbook example". The condition is still good because of good storage during all these years. Some time ago in Germany were found few hundreds of same lighters at one old stock in original cardboard packages (I still have few in my collection). Most were in dry place and they are in a very good condition, but I have also some in bad condition, because they were in a more wet place.

Instruction and suggestions written by my customers:Below you can find some suggestions/instructions if you still want to try to make it works (but as I said before first of all I sell them as war memorable for your collections and displays!). Most of my lighters should work well, but don’t forget that they are more than 60 years old!

”I wanted to let you know that the lighter DOES work! I think your description read that it might. I am not an expert on lighters, but I think the lighter you sell does not come with a flint. I spent a little over a dollar (US) for a pack of standard Zippo flints (strongly suggest), and a bottle of Zippo lighter fluid. With a small screw driver (or by hand), loosen the screw, then pull. You'll remove the screw and a spring that contains a small cylinder of metal at the end. Place a Zippo flint into the tube, then replace the spring mechanism into the tube. You'll need to tighten the screw, but not too tight -- or else the thumb wheel won't spin. Next, soak the cotton with lighter fluid and close the lighter. A couple flicks of the wheel, and you've got fire! ...“.
And some more comments:

"Sometimes you won't get spark big enough to ignite the wick. It means you have to clean and sharpen the flint wheel. You can use flat sharpening rod (diamond dust, steel, etc) but I used the regular nail sharpener. After the procedure my lighter lights up from the first spark!"
