Offered today in this salethisgorgeous Maroonmodel Zenith A615-R\"Atomic-Age\" c-1958 AM radio.Verysoughtafter for its sound quality and design features,such as tone adjustment,pilot light,audio input in rear for use with vintage turntable,tape players ect..This set is exhibiting mid century modern. Outstanding originalcondition for a near 60 year old vintage in and out. The cabinetExhibitsa gleaming original polished mirrorfinishand will display and play with pride in any retro style setting.

No cracks, hairlines or deep flaws. Only a few light brush-like scratches and flea bite marks hardly noticed from years of use. Real coollarge deco facade grill and dial! Has a 6 tube super clean ac/dc chassis,much better reception than the common 5 tuber with mostly untouched factory original components and most original tubes! All tubes tested and components have been inspected for weakness. Only three vital caps in the audio have been replaced with modernequivalents along with a Mallory direct replacement filter capacitor even though the originals tested ok ,this will insure optimum performance in the future! This set has very strong HI FI sounding clean tube audio with a tone control on the side for adjusting bassandtreble,This is an AM band only radio and all functions working as designed.
