Drum clip
Great little item easy to use dampens but does not choke the drum & you can leave it in place when packing up if you want. Also cool is that you can use it on either the batter or the reso side & it does not get in the way of your playing! I use one on all my toms now

Terribly made, good concept
Tried it out on my snare, sound did not change. The clip when put on my snare was at a slight angle when on the head. This made the clip not have full contact with the drum head. The clip also does not apply enough pressure to do anything at all. Adding the felt piece provided only made the angle worse. Would not buy

Great substitute. for Moon Gel
It works as promised, removing excessive overtones without checking your snare drum. I use it on the batter head. On the snare side it does not make much difference. Please be aware this product is not intended to reduce the snare Buzz even though it may help a little bit. I have a snare drum with a lot overtones, and I personally do not like moon gel so this was the perfect solution for me. Did not fit
I'm bought this for my steel student snare so I can mellow the tin sound/ring and I don't like using gel to much because of stick dust getting cought on the gel. I thought this would be a nice replacement but no, it's doesn't sit properly because it barley fits. Its too much for just plastic and moon gel (as annoying as it gets for me) is better.
