Buyer's remorse should never be an issue with an amp of this caliber. This is the amp designed by PAUL RIVERA (the proprietor of the awesome Rivera amp line) in the early to mid 80's to help rescue Fender from its freefall into mediocrity! I've owned this for four years, got the circuitry "groomed" and tubes replaced, and...WOW, just wow. This has got to be the best amp I've ever played, judged by its smooth clean channel and its butt-kicking overdrive (lead) channel. Be aware that it's heavy, but once you've put it through its paces you'll realize the weight is inconsequential. To give you an idea of how versatile this amp is, I've used to amp to play Eagles, Steely Dan, jazz standards, Lynyrd-Skynyrd, AC-DC, ZZ Top, Chicago, Sly & the Family Stone, Pat Metheny, Beatles, Joe Jackson, Merle Haggard, Chet Atkins, Earth Wind and Fire, and The Who. Anyway, you get the picture. For 60W this is one LOUD (but classy-loud) mother of an amp.Read full review

What can I say, Fender's best kept secret. These really are mini twins with aboit 3/4 the power and a little bit lighter. I would recommend trying one. They are pretty rare in your town. On ebay there are usually 5 or 6 at any given time.
Lots of headroom with 2 gain channels. Nice reverb. Plenty of power.a deep rich tone with some spanky highs. Nice amp to own.
