This did the trick! I needed privacy from overbearing, loud neighbors wand dogs and once I put this upn it was an unspoken request for quiet. To date neighbors are hardly heard ,dogs are quieted down and I can enjoy some alone time w/o someone watching. Totally worked! And price great too!
