After receiving the items & taking photos of how they were packed in the box noting no damage to the outside of the box, I reached out to the seller. I explained that I was disappointed that there was no wrapping on the individual pieces and believed that an item was damaged because of how they were packed. Seller advised they are wooden no additional packaging should be needed & they are vintage. I feel seller may have not taken care because they accepted a lower price than originally listed.

This buyer has offered ZERO evidence of any damage to these dolls because there isn't any. They are upset because I will not be extorted with partial refunds. I advised the buyer they could return the dolls. These dolls were shipped in multiple layers of wrapping, arrived safely & quickly. This buyer works on FEELINGS not FACTS. I will be appealing this & long time honest Ebay Sellers like me know when we are being taken advantage of.
