- Location in the photo is somehere in Ohio in the United States of America. Possibly somewhere near Gates Mills (Valley?).

- Photo is of a young man sitting on some hay in a barn. He is accepting help from his friend to deal with a sleeping bag.

- The photo was taken in such a way so it would look like the sleeping bag is actually the man's giant "member" that they are both having trouble maintaining control of due to its immense weight and girthyness. Or maybe they are just pretending to be siamese twins connected at the wang... you decide! ;)
