1947 TRUETONE - BELMONT Model 2716 ART DECO Tube Radio - BAKELITE PUSHBUTTON For Sale

This 1947 classic was marketed under the True Tone and Belmont labels. The radio cabinet is marbleized mahogany Bakelite - perfect with no issues, correct knobs etc - no chips, cracks or other flaws, The design is unique as it sits on a self-pedestal base with vertical louvers , side knob and pushbuttons. The dial is missing or destroyed but there, I am not sure which - the radio is being offered as a restoration project, The chassis looks complete, the orig back and antenna are as pictured. The pushbuttons look OK. The set measures 11\" long x 6\" deep x 6 3/4\" high.
