5 Unused with light soiling, oxidation and surface wear.    Some packages have detached tabs.  Some taps have casting remnants covering the prong ports that are easily cleared after inserting a plug for the first time.  I stand by my description, but am no expert...Buyer responsible for knowing needs and applications.  Please see pictures for actual item description details and inclusions.  Thank you.
