This antique German Junghans carriage alarm clock keeps accurate time & musical alarm works. Mechanism needs cleaning. The steel case shows signs of wear but nothing serious. Face has age stains.This German Junghans alarm clock was picked up at an estate sale, so history is unknown. The clock measures approximately 6” H x 5 ¼” W x 3 ¾” Deep at the base. The two glass side panels and the front beveled glass panel are without chips or cracks. The back door is stamped-out copper and the top handle is brass, as is the key wind. The alarm works and when set, activates a music box in the base of the clock. The music box plays ‘The Bowery’.
