This listing is for a Tindeco candy tin from the 1920s 1930s. It is a wonderful child\'s piece, and in excellent condition. Most of the Tindeco pieces are very damaged. This one is bright and clean, with wonderful patina - the aged look things get over time. It works also as a small lunch pail, or snack pail, and they were really played with a lot, so one that is in good condition is hard to find. The graphics are darling, with Peter Rabbit in his patriotic pants and his drum, to lead the parade. All his friends are with him, traveling around the tin. The lid fits nicely - opens easily, and the hinge is good. The handle is good, not bent or damaged. The inside is still clean and reflective, with a small bit of surface rust around the interior edges. It is marked Tindeco on the bottom. It is a hard to find piece, in this condition.
