DESCRIPTION: FRESH ESTATE FIND...... Presenting a neat, old caroffere Ashmead Mfg. Co. \"Buddy\" miners lamp. You are buying this miners lamp in its original \"as found\" condition. I did not try to clean or alter it in any way. Please, look at all the photos to best judge the condition of this lamp. I am sure that with a little work, this lamp could be functional. It looks to be in very good structural condition with no dents. You can barely tell that it is brass (possibly copper ?) underneath all the patina. It does read on the underside \"Manuf\'d. By Ashmead Mfg. Co. Ashland, K.Y.\", and on top \"Buddy Pat 12-9-13 & 5-3-21 U.S.A.\". It looks like one clamp near the bottom may be partially broken off. This nifty little miners lamp measures just 4 1/4\" tall.
