Antique Famous Author Playwright Paul Wilstach Letter: Grand Opera House Chicago For Sale

In 1907, a Chicago theater manager married his secretary of fifteen years. A friend in the business, author of a dozen comedies, sent a letter to the bride, pretending to be crestfallen that she'd married and was no longer available. This is the letter, from famous author and playwright Paul W. Wilstach to Mary Ellen "Nellie" O'Hagan Davis.
