Antique Original WWI 1918 For Sale

This is for a hard to find unusual cross collectible that was given out to people at the Logan county fair Bellefontaine Ohio in Sept. 1918. This animated piece shows uncle Sam holding a Germen soldier by the neck and hitting him over and over again with a club by pulling out the white paper from the envelope 1/4\".
