It has the photographers mark of Thomas Goodwin from Wytheville, Virginia and is guaranteed original and in good condition. It comes from the Sayers family in Wytheville, Virginia who had several Civil War soldiers in the family including Robert, who was part of a local militia and John who served with the Wythe Grays in the 4th Virginia under William Terry.
