Carole Towne Lemax Essex Street Toy Palace # 45093 Lighted Wall Hanging -read For Sale

Good news, it lights up! Bad news, elephant is missing his nose/trunk (see photo). Looking around that seems to be the only broken part I see. Looks like it was supposed to come with a chord but I don’t have one. It is battery operated but I don’t see an on/off switch so once you put battery in, it turns on. Now I’m not sure if it’s supposed to play any music, I don’t hear anything but on the box I don’t see any description about any music. Just noting that it’s a lighted structure only.
